Interested applicants may apply for the course by 30 November for intake in the following July.

Application

Applicants for the course are required to submit the following before the specified closing date

• Completed application forms (click here to download)
• Administration fee of $53.50 (incl GST) - non-refundable
• Certified true copies of basic dental degree certificate and relevant documents. The originals should be presented for verification
