Associate Professor Vinicius Rosa Honoured as a Fellow of the Academy of Dental Materials

Associate Professor Vinicius Rosa has been bestowed with the prestigious title of Fellow by the Academy of Dental Materials (ADM). This esteemed award is presented to clinicians, academic researchers, and industry professionals who have made substantial contributions to the field of materials science. Established in 1941 alongside its flagship publication, Dental Materials, the Academy serves as a cornerstone in dental science, with the journal widely regarded as one of the most influential scientific publications in the field of dentistry.

Assoc Prof Rosa's journey to Fellowship within the ADM reflects a narrative of dedication and outstanding achievements. As a seasoned researcher, he has continually pushed the boundaries of dental materials science. Among his noteworthy accomplishments are the 2005 Academy of Dental Materials Student Award, the 2007 Academy of Dental Materials George C. Paffenbarger Award, and his role as an Editorial Board Member for Dental Materials. Furthermore, he has authored 17 papers in Dental Materials, two of which were featured among the 25 most cited papers published between 2017 to 2020. These outstanding contributions to the Academy and the dental profession collectively form the basis of Assoc Prof Rosa's appointment as a Fellow.
