He will share with us the curriculum of the OMS residency training program. The entry requirements\, duration of training\, syllabus will be touched on. He will also discuss the requirements needed to become a full-fledged OMS practitioner in Germany\, with illustration on plastic surgery qualifications as well. The differences in scope in different parts of Germany will be highlighted. \nLecture 2: Management of traumatic injuries to the head and neck region is one of the core expertise of the oral and maxillofacial specialty. In this lecture\, current and innovative ideas of oral and maxillofacial trauma will be discussed.
