The ETMH Distinguished Speaker Programme (DSP) was successfully conducted on 26 Mar 2017 with close-to-capacity participants of nearly 170 at the Clinical Research Centre Auditorium of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. This full day symposium: Multidisciplinary Perspective on Sleep Disordered Breathing – State of the Art featured Professor Peter Cistulli as the keynote speaker. The other eminent speakers were A/P Roland Lee, A/P Mimi Yow, Dr Kenny Pang and Dr David Tay.
Our speakers delivered their multi-disciplinary presentation with professionalism and gave the participants greater insights into the subject of Sleep Disordered Breathing.
In addition to the symposium, there was also a special evening lecture by Professor Cistuli himself on 27 March 2017 titled Sleep - The new Health Frontier. Professor Cistulli also visited the Faculty on 28 Mar 2017 and shared his studies with faculty members.
NUS Centre for Advanced Dental Education (CADE) would like to thank Dr David Tay for spearheading this initiative, our speakers, supporters and the participants for making this Programme a success. We are glad to partner the Edmund Tay Mai Hiong (ETMH) Endowed Fund and share the vision that “Dentists should learn to look beyond the molars!” We look forward to your support and participation in next year's event!!
