Through their innovative teaching methods and unwavering support for their students, they have left an indelible mark on the field of dentistry.

Dr Gabriel Lee, Dr Patricia Wong, Dr Neo Tian Cheng, Dr Benjamin Wee, Dr Charlene Goh, Dr Wendy Wang, and Assoc Prof Wong Mun Loke were recognised with the Education Collaboration Award. The team’s project, titled "Transition to Independent Practice (T.I.P) for Final-year Dental Undergraduates," is a testament to the power of collaboration between NUS Dentistry and National University Polyclinics (NUP). This initiative bridges the gap between dental education and real-world practice by providing students with a simulated experience of treating patients in a polyclinic setting. By bringing together experts from academia and clinical practice, Dr Lee and his team have created an innovative educational experience that prepares final-year dental students to excel in primary dental care.
