NUS Annual Teaching Excellence Award 2016

The Faculty of Dentistry is proud to recognise that one of its staff, Associate Prof. Wong Mun Loke, has received an Annual Teaching Excellence Award from the NUS. This award recognised excellence in contribution to teaching and learning in higher education, and is a significant honour. The University recognises the importance of high quality teaching, and the need for students to be stimulated into independent learning by their teachers. Awardees of the Teaching Excellence Award demonstrate these qualities, and feedback from the student body is a key metric for this award. There is no stronger endorsement for teaching excellence than positive student feedback. A/Prof Wong received his award at a ceremony hosted by the NUS Provost, Professor Tan Eng Chye, on May 12th. Congratulations Prof. Wong!
