Presenting Dentistry’s Inaugural NUHS Wellbeing Champions!

Promotion of workplace mental health and wellness is given greater emphasis with the appointment of NUHS Wellbeing Champions in FoD and NUCOHS. We know it can sometimes be difficult to open up to others about the issues we face, and it definitely helps if there is someone at work whom we know can offer a listening ear. Wellbeing Champions are appointed to play this important role as staff advocates in developing a culture of care in the workplace.

Wellbeing Champions will support and help implement the TWSH strategy of organising and promoting wellbeing activities to enhance its awareness, encouraging healthy lifestyles and building an environment that sustains positive mental health. Wellbeing Champions will be instrumental in inspiring colleagues to take care of their mental and physical health.
