NUS is committed to a needs-blind merit-based admission policy that ensures no deserving student admitted to the University is denied an education because of financial difficulty. MOE Tuition Grant Subsidy

For the current NUS Tuition Fees for your course of study, please visit Fees for Undergraduate Programmes for more information.The tuition fees listed at the Fees for Undergraduate Programmes webpage is subsidised by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE). The MOE Tuition Grant is a subsidy that is offered to all NUS students to help defray the full cost of their education. For Singaporeans, you will need to submit a joint application with your parents or legal guardians in the year of enrolment using a prescribed form issued by the University. 

For non-citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, please submit an online application to the Ministry of Education (MOE) for the grant.
