Professors Chris Peck and Peter Svensson to co-chair international ICOP-2 symposium

We are pleased to announce that our Dean, Professor Chris Peck, and Research Thrust Lead for Value-Driven Care, Professor Peter Svensson, will co-chair an upcoming international symposium, International Classification of Orofacial Pain version 2 (ICOP-2): Status and Ongoing Developments.

Organised by the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) Orofacial and Head Pain Special Interest Group, the symposium will bring together leading experts to discuss the latest developments and future directions of the International Classification of Orofacial Pain (ICOP-2).

Prof Svensson will open the symposium with a presentation on the “Importance of an Updated and International Classification for Orofacial Pain”, highlighting the significance of a globally recognised framework for the diagnosis and management of orofacial pain. Prof Peck will facilitate the symposium’s Q&A session, guiding discussions and audience engagement.
